Stop Doing & Be
"Meditation is not the addition of another kind of doing
where you "sit down and do some special activity."
Instead, it's about stopping the Do-ing and simply enjoying Be-ing.
We're not human "Do-ings" though many of us might think so...
We are indeed, Human Be-ings."

For the sake of the enjoyment.
That's why we do TaiJi. It's fun. It's relaxing. It's healthy. It's a well-concealed martial art. But mostly it's great because it allows us to enjoy moving meditation.
Not More doing. Less.
Not More thinking. Less.
Not More worry. Less.
Not More activity. Less.
We do it so and until we can start to FEEL again -- fully.
Connecting to our bodies, to other people, to the natural world, to the universe.
To more fully discern our membership in this great living be-ingness: Life.
You can't achieve that quickly, you have to "pursue it... slowly."
Being awake, aware, more fully connected, more fully consumed, more fully absorbed in the living of life.
So TaiJi is not so much an exercise in do-ing as it is an exercise in be-ing.
Stop with the Do-ing and BE!
